Director dealings: Speedy Hire chairman ups stake

(Sharecast News) - Speedy Hire revealed on Monday that chairman David Shearer has acquired 150,000 ordinary shares in the London-listed equipment rental business. Shearer, who took over as chairman in 2018, purchased the shares at an average price of 28.11p each, for a total price of £42,164.55.

As of 1550 GMT, Speedy Hire shares were up 0.71% at 28.40p.
