Director dealings: Sound Energy chairman raises stake

(Sharecast News) - Sound Energy revealed on Friday that chairman Graham Lyon had acquired 2.95m ordinary shares in the AIM-listed transition energy business. Lyon, who took over as executive chairman in February 2020, purchased the shares on Thursday at an average price of 0.68p, for a total value of £19,998.56.

Following the transaction, Lyon has a beneficial interest in 5.01m ordinary Sound Energy shares, representing approximately 0.241% of the company's total voting rights.

As of 1600 BST, Sound Energy shares were up 1.85% at 0.66p.
