Director dealings: Sirius Real Estate CEO raises stake

(Sharecast News) - Sirius Real Estate revealed on Tuesday that chief executive Andrew Coombs had acquired 250,000 ordinary shares in the FTSE 250-listed property investor. Coombs, who took over as CEO in January 2012, purchased the shares on Monday at an average price of 95.95p each, for a total value of £239,875.

Following the transaction, Coombs holds a beneficial interest in 12.82m ordinary Sirius shares, representing approximately 0.81% of the company's issued share capital.

As of 1540 BST, Sirius shares were down 0.57% at 95.30p.
