Director dealings: Sirius Real Estate CEO gets shares instead of dividend

(Sharecast News) - Sirius Real Estate's chief executive officer increased his shareholding in the company on Thursday, after receiving new shares in lieu of a cash dividend. The FTSE 250 operator of officer parks in Germany disclosed that Andrew Coombs received 9,249 shares.

He received the shares at a price of 97.384p, valuing the transaction at a total of £9,007.05.

Following the transaction, Sirius said Coombs held a beneficial interest in 9,726,789 shares, representing 0.83% of its issued share capital.

At the close on Thursday, shares in Sirius Real Estate were down 0.22% at 90.1p.
