Director dealings: Sigmaroc chairman raises stake

(Sharecast News) - Sigmaroc revealed on Friday that chairman David Barrett had acquired 142,000 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed lime and minerals group. Barrett, who took over as chairman in 2017, purchased the shares on Thursday at an average price of 67.0p each, for a total value of £95,140.

Following the transaction, Barrett holds a beneficial interest in 4.08m ordinary Sigmaroc shares, representing approximately 0.37% of the company's issued share capital.

As of 1600 GMT, Sigmaroc shares were up 2.08% at 78.50p.
