Director dealings: Seeen CEO raises stake

(Sharecast News) - Seeen revealed on Monday that chief executive officer Adrian Hargrave had acquired 80,645 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed media and technology platform group. Hargrave, who took over as CEO in July 2022, purchased the shares on Friday at an average price of 3.10p each, for a total value of £2,499.99.

Following the transaction, Hargrave holds a beneficial interest in a total of 2.06m ordinary Seeen shares, representing approximately 1.72% of the company's issued share capital.

As of 1550 BST, Seeen shares were down 4.76% at 3.0p.
