Director dealings: RWS chief exec makes £0.2m investment
(Sharecast News) - Shares in RWS were in the green on Thursday afternoon, after its chief executive officer spent almost £0.2m on shares. The language, technology and intellectual property company said Ian El-Mokadem bought 65,000 shares on Wednesday, in a single transaction on the London Stock Exchange.
He paid 302.81p for each share, valuing the purchase at £196,824.28.
Following the purchase, the firm said El-Mokadem had a total beneficial interest in 140,000 of its shares.
The CEO made the purchase on the same day RWS confirmed it had ended the year in line with its revenue expectations, after "solid growth" in language services.
At 1343 BST, shares in RWS Holdings were up 3.3% at 319.6p.
