Director dealings: Rosslyn Data Technologies chairman snaps up shares
(Sharecast News) - Rosslyn Data Technologies revealed on Wednesday that chairman James Appleby had acquired 5.28m ordinary shares in the AIM-listed software firm. Appleby, who was appointed to the board of Rosslyn in July 2018, purchased the shares on Tuesday at an average price of 5.0p each, for a total value of £264,000.
As of 1600 GMT, Rosslyn Data shares were flat at 5.15p.
