Director dealings: Robert Walters chair raises stake
(Sharecast News) - Robert Walters revealed on Friday that chairman Leslie van de Walle had acquired 25,000 ordinary shares in the London-listed recruitment firm. Van de Walle, who took over as chairman in November 2022, purchased the shares at an average price of 378.0p each, for a total value of £94,500.
Following the transaction, van de Walle holds a beneficial interest in 52,500 ordinary Robert Walters shares.
As of 1620 BST, Robert Walters shares were up 4.55% at 384.75p.
