Director dealings: Roadside Real Estate chairman's wife snaps up shares

(Sharecast News) - Roadside Real Estate revealed on Wednesday that chairman Charles Dickson's wife, Helen, had acquired 879,678 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed real estate business. Helen Dickson purchased the shares on Tuesday at an average price of 4.49p each, for a total value of £39,497.54.

Following the purchase, Charles Dickson and his PCA own 34.15m ordinary Roadside shares, representing 24.9% of the company's total issued share capital.

As of 1610 BST, Roadside shares were untraded at 8.20p.
