Director dealings: Roadside Real Estate chairman raises stake
(Sharecast News) - Roadside Real Estate revealed on Thursday that executive chairman Charles Dickson had acquired 2.70m ordinary shares in the AIM-listed real estate investment trust. Dickson, who was appointed to the board of Roadside in January 2023, purchased the shares on Wednesday at an average price of 30.77p each, for a total value of £830,790.02.
Following the transaction, Dickson holds a beneficial interest in a total of 36.85m ordinary Roadside shares, representing approximately 25.7% of the company's total issued share capital.
As of 1620 GMT, Roadside shares were down 0.87% at 31.13p.
