Director dealings: Redx Pharma CEO ups stake

(Sharecast News) - Redx Pharma revealed on Friday that chief executive Lisa Anson had acquired 399,000 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed clinical-stage biopharmaceutical firm. Anson, who was appointed to the board of Redx in 2018, purchased the shares on Thursday at an average price of 7.50p each, for a total value of £29,925.00.

Following the purchase, Anson holds 562,183 ordinary Redx shares, representing 0.14% of the company's issued share capital.

As of 1620 BST, Redx shares were up 6.67% at 8.0p.
