Director dealings: RBG Holdings CEO ups stake
(Sharecast News) - RBG Holdings revealed on Monday that chief executive officer Nicola Foulston had acquired 35,000 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed professional services group. Foulston, who took over as group CEO in May 2018, purchased the shares on Friday at an average price of 67.0p each, for a total value of £23,450.
Following the transaction, Foulston holds a beneficial interest in 11.9m ordinary RBG shares, representing 12.45% of the company's issued share capital.
As of 1610 GMT, RBG shares were up 0.30% at 67.20p.
