Director dealings: Raspberry Pi co-founder raises stake

(Sharecast News) - Raspberry Pi revealed on Wednesday that chief executive Eben Upton had acquired 21,927 ordinary shares in the London-listed high-performance computing business. Upton, who co-founded Raspberry Pi, purchased the shares on Tuesday at an average price of 271.44p each, for a total value of £59,518.65.

Following the transaction, Upton holds a beneficial interest in 2.54m Raspberry Pi shares.

As of 1530 GMT, Raspberry Pi shares were up 1.68% at 288.56p.
