(Sharecast News) - Ramsdens revealed on Tuesday that chairman Andrew Meehan and his wife, Susan, had disposed of 125,000 ordinary shares in the London-listed jeweller and pawnbroker.
Meehan, who took over as chairman in September 2014, sold the shares on Friday at an average price of 216.80p each, for a total value of £271,000.
Following the transaction, Meehan holds a beneficial interest in 192,320 ordinary Ramsdens shares, representing approximately 0.60% of the company's issued share capital.
As of 1630 BST, Ramsdens shares were down 0.95% at 208.0p.
