Director dealings: PRS REIT non-exec makes £71k investment

(Sharecast News) - PRS REIT was in the green on Monday, after it revealed a share purchase worth over £70k made by a non-executive director. The real estate investment trust said Stephen Smith bought 80,000 shares on Friday, in a single transaction on the London Stock Exchange.

He paid 88.4p for each share, valuing the transaction at a total of £70,720.00.

As a result, PRS said Smith's total interest in the company was now 235,000 of its shares, representing 0.04% of its total voting rights.

At 1501 BST, shares in the PRS REIT were up 3.15% at 88.4p.
