Director dealings: Primary Health Properties CFO raises stake
(Sharecast News) - Primary Health Properties revealed on Thursday that chief financial officer Richard Howell had acquired 39,455 ordinary shares in the FTSE 250-listed real estate investment trust. Howell, who was appointed to the board of PHP in March 2017, purchased the shares at an average price of 100.86p each, for a total value of £39,794.31.
As of 1635 BST, Primary Health shares were up 2.98% at 103.70p.
