(Sharecast News) - Primary Health Properties revealed on Monday that chief executive officer Harry Hyman had acquired 74,890 ordinary shares in the FTSE 250-listed real estate investment trust.
Hyman, who founded the company in 1996, purchased the shares on Friday at an average price of 92.00p each, for a total value of £68,898.80.
As of 1600 BST, Primary Health Properties shares were up 1.18% at 91.31p.
