Director dealings: Poolbeg Pharma co-founder raise stake
(Sharecast News) - Poolbeg Pharma revealed on Wednesday that executive chair Cathal Friel had acquired 4.0m new ordinary shares in the AIM-listed biopharmaceuticals company. Friel, who co-founded Poolbeg, purchased the shares on Friday at an average price of 2.5p per share, for a total value of £100,000.
Following the transaction, Friel holds a total of 41.21m ordinary Poolbeg shares, representing approximately 5.91% of the company's issued share capital.
As of 1545 BST, Poolbeg shares were up 6.55% at 3.09p.
