Director dealings: Pinewood Technologies CFO raises stake

(Sharecast News) - Pinewood Technologies revealed on Monday that chief financial officer Oliver Mann had acquired 10,023 ordinary shares in the London-listed software firm. Mann, who joined the company in December 2005, purchased the shares at an average price of 459.64p each, for a total value of £46,069.72.

As of 1550 BST, Pinewood shares were up 1.42% at 463.50p.
