Director dealings: Paragon non-exec invests, CentralNic board member linked to sale

(Sharecast News) - Paragon Banking Group was among those on the list of buys on Wednesday, after a non-executive director and their associated invested in shares. The FTSE 250 company said Tanvi Davda purchased 3,936 shares on 10 July, in a single transaction on the London Stock Exchange.

At the same time, Reya Harris - a "person closely associated" with Davda - picked up 1,765 shares in the company.

In its disclosure, Paragon said Davda paid 505.495p for each of the 3,936 shares purchased, while Harris paid 506.94p apiece.

On the selling side of the ledger was CentralNic, after a company linked to a non-executive director sold around 2.4 million shares.

The firm said Inter.services sold 205,364 shares on 5 July for 115p each, before selling 2,196.636 shares on 7 July for 114.8p apiece.

Both transactions took place on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange.

CentralNic said Inter.services is a company associated with its non-executive director Horst Saffron.

As a result of the transactions, it said Sifting's beneficial interest in CentralNic now totalled 32,000,000 shares, held entirely through Inter.services.

At 1437 BST, shares in Paragon Banking Group were up 3.09% at 517p, while those in CentralNic were 1.72% firmer at 124.71p.
