Director dealings: Panther Metals chairman ups stake
(Sharecast News) - Panther Metals revealed on Monday that chairman Nicholas O'Reilly had acquired 179,529 ordinary shares in the London-listed mineral exploration company. O'Reilly, who was appointed to the role of chairman back in 2021, purchased the shares on Friday at an average price of 5.17p each, for a total value of £9,283.44.
Following the transaction, O'Reilly has a beneficial interest in 600,000 ordinary Panther Metals shares, representing 0.646% of the company's issued share capital.
As of 1625 BST, Panther Metals shares were up 1.43% at 5.32p.
