Director dealings: Oakley Capital interim chairman raises stake
(Sharecast News) - Oakley Capital Investments revealed on Wednesday that interim chairman Steve Pearce had 9,150 ordinary shares in the FTSE 250-listed investment trust. Pearce, who joined Oakley Capital in November 2024, purchasaed the shares on Tuesday at an average price of 542p each, for a total value of £49,593.
Following the transaction, Pearce holds a beneficial interest in 34,000 ordinary OCI shares, representing approximately 0.02% of the company's issued share capital.
As of 1445 GMT, Oakley Capital shares were down 0.023% at 539.87p.
