Director dealings: New Volex chairman raises stake
(Sharecast News) - Volex revealed on Monday that chairman Dave Webster had acquired 39,321 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed power products manufacturer. Webster, who took over as chairman in November, purchased the shares at an average price of 407.16p each, for a total value of £160,099.38.
Following the transaction, Webster holds a beneficial interest in 152,417 ordinary Volex shares, representing approximately 0.08% of the company's issued share capital.
As of 1540 GMT, Volex shares were down 1.12% at 399p.
