Director dealings: New Hill & Smith CEO takes up stake
(Sharecast News) - Hill & Smith revealed on Thursday that chief executive Rutger Helbing had acquired 10,000 ordinary shares in the FTSE 250-listed construction products manufacturer. Helbing, who was tapped by Hill & Smith to take over as CEO last week, purchased the shares on Wednesday at an average price of 2,039.0p each, for a total value of £203,899.99.
As of 1620 BST, Hill & Smith shares were up 3.74% at 2,080.0p.
