Director dealings: Naked Wines chairman snaps up shares

(Sharecast News) - Naked Wines revealed on Tuesday that chairman Jack Pailing had acquired 12,000 ordinary shares in the London-listed online wine retailer via his interest in Eschler Global Fund SPC-Colebrooke Opportunities Fund SP. Pailing, who was appointed to the role of non-executive chairman in July 2025, purchased the shares on Monday at an average price of 72.74p each, for a total value of £8,728.88.

Following the transaction, Pailing holds a beneficial interest in 973,843 ordinary Naked Wines shares, representing approximately 1.36% of the company's issued share capital.

As of 1440 GMT, Naked Wines shares were up 1.94% at 73.40p.
