(Sharecast News) - MP Evans revealed on Tuesday that chief executive Matthew Coulson had sold 2,557 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed palm oil producer.
Coulson, who exercised options over 5,557 shares on Monday, disposed of the shares in order to fund tax and national insurance liabilities at an average price of 854.0p each, for a total value of £21,836.78.
As of 1610 GMT, MP Evans shares were down 0.70% at 850.0p.
