Director dealings: Mitie chair-elect snaps up shares
(Sharecast News) - Mitie Group revealed on Monday that chairman-elect Christopher Rogers had acquired 144,000 ordinary shares in the FTSE 250-listed strategic outsourcing and energy services firm. Rogers, who was appointed to the board of Mitie in March, purchased the shares on Friday at an average price of 137.0p, for a total value of £197,280.
As of 1545 BST, Mitie shares were up 4.99% at 143.0p.
