Director dealings: Mind Gym founder invests, SSE board member sells down

(Sharecast News) - Mind Gym was at the top of the list of director buys on Monday afternoon, after its co-founder and president picked up almost 0.83 million shares. The firm said Sebastian Bailey bought 825,000 shares on 20 July, in a single transaction on the London Stock Exchange.

Bailey paid 35.07p for each share, valuing the transaction at a total of £289,327.50.

Following the transaction, Mind Gym said Bailey held 10,341,373 of its shares, representing 10.32% of its issued ordinary share capital.

On the selling side of things was SSE, after it disclosed a share sale worth almost £36k made by a director.

The company said Alistair Phillips-Davies offloaded 2,000 shares on 21 July, also in a single transaction on the London Stock Exchange.

Phillips-Davies sold the shares for 1,795.68p apiece, valuing the sale at a total of £35,913.60.

At the close on Monday, shares in Mind Gym were up 11.63% at 48p, while those in SSE were ahead 0.64% at 1,809p.
