Director dealings: Melrose Industries Alison Goligher raises stake
(Sharecast News) - Melrose Industries revealed on Friday that senior independent director Alison Goligher had acquired 20,000 ordinary shares in the FTSE 100-listed aerospace manufacturing company. Goligher, who joined the board of Melrose in 2025, purchased the shares on Thursday at an average price of 476p each, for a total value of £95,200.
Following the transaction, Goligher holds a beneficial interest in 40,000 ordinary Melrose shares.
As of 1535 BST, Melrose Industries shares were up 0.39% at 483.38p.
