Director dealings: McBride chairman raises stake
(Sharecast News) - McBride revealed on Monday that chairman Jeff Nodland had acquired 50,000 ordinary shares in the London-listed manufacturer. Nodland, who was appointed to the board of McBride in June 2019, purchased the shares on Thursday at an average price of 95.47p each, for a total value of £47,735.58.
Following this transaction, Nodland holds a beneficial interest in 714,600 ordinary McBride shares.
As of 1620 GMT, McBride shares were up 4.84% at 104.0p.
