Director dealings: M&C Saatchi CFO invests, Judges chair sells shares

(Sharecast News) - M&C Saatchi disclosed on Tuesday that its chief financial officer, Bruce Marson, had purchased 33,741 shares. It said Marson paid 148.19p for each share, with the transaction taking place on 25 September.

As a result, it said Bruce Marson's beneficial interest in the company now amounted to 33,741 shares, representing approximately 0.03% of its issued share capital.

On the selling side of things was Judges Scientific, which announced that its non-executive chairman, Alexander Hambro, had sold 1,000 shares.

It said he sold them for 8,925p each, with the transaction also taking place on 25 September.

Following the transaction, Hambro's beneficial holding was now 47,500 shares, representing 0.72% of its total issued share capital and voting rights.
