Director dealings: Man Group non-exec invests, Seeing Machines discloses several transactions

(Sharecast News) - Two notable director dealings disclosed to the London market on Tuesday involved transactions in shares of Man Group and Seeing Machines. At Man Group, non-executive director Laurie Fitch purchased 7,390 ordinary shares at a price of 213.196p each.

The transaction was executed on 31 December on the London Stock Exchange.

Seeing Machines meanwhile reported multiple director transactions.

Lombard Odier Asset Management, closely associated with non-executive director Michael Brown, sold 159,652,749 shares at 4.09p apiece on 24 December.

The sale reduced Lombard's holdings to 485,230,164 shares, equivalent to 9.87% of the company's issued share capital.

Seeing Machines said the sale facilitated Mitsubishi Electric's acquisition of shares to achieve a 19.9% stake in the company, a move it described as a "milestone transaction".

Additionally, on 30 December, Seeing Machines' chief financial officer Martin Ive purchased 96,750 shares at 4.65p each, bringing his total holding to 8,022,980 shares, representing 0.16% of the company's issued share capital.

On the same day, chair Kate Hill acquired 200,000 shares at 4.8p apiece, increasing her stake to 5,000,000 shares, equivalent to 0.1% of the company's issued share capital.

At 1229 GMT, shares in Man Group were up 1.13% at 214p, while those in Seeing Machines were down 1.03% at 4.65p.
