Director dealings: LPA Group CFO raises stake

(Sharecast News) - LPA Group revealed on Wednesday that chief financial officer Stuart Stanyard had acquired 20,000 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed engineering firm. Stanyard, who took over as CFO in March 2023, purchased the shares on Tuesday at an average price of 56.10p each, for a total value of £11,220.

Following the transaction, Stanyard holds a beneficial interest in 40,000 ordinary LPA shares, representing approximately 0.30% of the company's issued share capital.

As of 1620 GMT, LPA shares were up 10.05% at 59.98p.
