Director dealings: Likewise, STV insiders make investments
(Sharecast News) - Among the companies disclosing director dealings to the London market on Wednesday were Likewise Group and STV Group, with insiders at both firms purchasing shares. Paul Bassi, the non-executive chairman of floor coverings distributor Likewise Group, acquired 500,000 ordinary shares at a price of 19.04p each.
The purchase increased his total beneficial holding to 3.5 million shares, representing approximately 1.42% of the company's voting rights.
Rufus Radcliffe, chief executive officer of broadcaster STV Group, meanwhile purchased 48,331 shares at a price of 163p apiece.
That transaction took place on 19 May on the London Stock Exchange.
At 1442 BST, shares in Likewise Group were up 2.98% at 20.19p, while those in STV Group were down 0.31% at 161.5p.
