Director dealings: LBG Media chairman raises stake
(Sharecast News) - LBG Media revealed on Monday that executive chairman David Wilson had acquired 45,192 ordinary shares in the London-listed digital entertainment firm. Wilson, who took on his role last month, purchased the shares on Friday at an average price of 110.30p each, for a total value of £49,846.78.
Following the transaction, Wilson holds a beneficial interest in 907,759 ordinary LBG shares, representing approximately 0.4% of the company's issued share capital.
As of 1530 GMT, LBG shares were up 0.31% at 112.35p.
