(Sharecast News) - Knights Group was at the top of the list of director buys on Thursday, after it disclosed a number of purchases, including two made by its chief executive and chief financial officers.
The AIM-traded firm said CEO David Beech bought 936,345 shares at 106.53p each, spending a total of £997,504.28.
At the same time, CFO Kate Lewis purchased 38,643 shares for 103.25p apiece, valuing that transaction at £39,898.90.
The purchases came on the same day Knights Group reported a strong end to its financial year, and announced the acquisition of Coffin Mew.
On the selling side of the ledger, Goldplat disclosed a sale made by a non-executive director worth more than £30k.
The AIM-traded company said Gerard Kisbey-Green sold 398,333 shares on Tuesday for 7.7p each, for a total value of £30,671.64.
Following the transaction, Kisbey-Green's shareholding totalled 1,693,334 shares, representing 1.01% of its voting rights.
