Director dealings: Kazera Global chairman raises stake
(Sharecast News) - Kazera Global revealed on Tuesday that chairman John Wardle had acquired 9.5m ordinary shares in the AIM-listed investment company. Wardle, who took over as chairman earlier in August, purchased the shares at an average price of 0.70p each, for a total value of £66,500.
Following the transaction, Wardle holds a beneficial interest in 52.68m ordinary Kazera shares, representing approximately 5.62% of the company's issued share capital.
As of 1625 BST, Kazera shares had rallied 17.70% to 1.03p.
