Director dealings: JTC CFO raises stake
(Sharecast News) - JTC revealed on Friday that chief financial officer Martin Fotheringham had acquired 12,437 ordinary shares in the FTSE 250-listed management services company. Fotheringham, who took over as CFO in 2015, purchased the shares at an average price of 600.0p each, for a total value of £74,622.
Back in April, JTC increased its dividend and was upbeat regarding its outlook as it reported a 24% increase in underlying annual profit.
As of 1455 BST, JTC shares were up 2.01% at 611.0p.
