Director dealings: JLEN chair spends £76k on shares

(Sharecast News) - JLEN Environmental Assets disclosed a director purchase worth over £76k on Friday, made by its non-executive chair. The FTSE 250 company said Ed Warner bought 60,000 shares in a transaction on the London Stock Exchange on Thursday.

Warner paid 127p for each share, spending a total of £76,200 on the purchase.

Following the transaction, JLEN said Warner held a total of 60,000 of its shares, equal to 0.009% of its issued share capital.
