Director dealings: Jet2 chairman ups stake
(Sharecast News) - Jet2 revealed on Monday that chairman Robin Terrell had acquired 8,557 ordinary shares in the London-listed leisure travel group. Terrell, who took over from founder Philip Meeson in September 2023, purchased the shares on Friday at an average price of 1,388.0p each, for a total value of £118,771.16.
Following the transaction, Terrell holds a beneficial interest in 13,761 ordinary Jet2 shares, representing approximately 0.0064% of the company's issued share capital.
As of 1620 BST, Jet2 shares were up 0.84% at 1,434.0p.
