Director dealings: Jadestone Energy's Waldner snaps up shares
(Sharecast News) - Jadestone Energy revealed on Tuesday that non-executive director Gunter Waldner had acquired 146,236 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed upstream production and development firm. Waldner, who bought the shares via Tyrus Capital, purchased the shares at an average price of 19.00p, for a total value of £27,784.84.
As of 1515 BST, Jadestone shares were up 1.30% at 19.50p.
