Director dealings: Jadestone CEO snaps up shares

(Sharecast News) - Jadestone Energy revealed on Wednesday that chief executive Alexander Blakeley had acquired 443,100 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed upstream production company.

Blakeley, who joined Jadestone in 2016, purchased the shares on Tuesday at an average price of 24.25p each, for a total value of £107,451.75.

Following the transaction, Blakeley holds a beneficial interest in 5.89m ordinary Jadestone shares, representing approximately 1.09% of the company's issued share capital.

As of 1615 GMT, Jadestone Energy shares were up 1.24% at 24.50p.
