Director dealings: IWG CEO sells big batch of shares
(Sharecast News) - Estorn Limited, an entity closely associated with IWG boss Mark Dixon, sold a hefty amount of shares. According to IWG, on 28 May, Estorn sold 35m shares at roughly 1.96p apiece for a total transaction amount of about £68.54m.
The proceeds were to be used to unwind pledge and lending arrangements between Estorn and Deutsche Bank Luxembourg SA.
Following the sale Dixon was left with a stake of 25.2% in IWG.
