(Sharecast News) - Invesco Asia revealed on Wednesday that non-executive director Neil Rogan had acquired 11,437 ordinary shares in the London-listed investment company.
Rogan, who was appointed to the board of Invesco in September 2017, purchased the shares at an average price of 299.0p each, for a total value of £34,196.63.
As of 1620 GMT, Invesco shares were up 0.34% at 297.0p.
