(Sharecast News) - Intermediate Capital Group was trading lower on Thursday, after it emerged that its chief executive and investment officer had purchased almost £0.3m worth of shares,
The company said Benoit Durteste picked up 30,000 shares on Wednesday.
He paid 988.02p for each share, valuing the transaction at a total of £296,406.61.
As a result, Intermediate Capital said Durteste and people connected to him held a total of 1,365,842 of its shares, being 0.47% of its ordinary share capital excluding treasury shares.
At 1122 BST, shares in Intermediate Capital Group were down 3.46% at 971.2p.
