Director dealings: Insig AI CEO snaps up shares
(Sharecast News) - Insig AI revealed on Thursday that chief executive Richard Bernstein had acquired 375,000 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed data science and machine learning group. Bernstein, who took over as CEO in May 2024, purchased the shares on Wednesday at an average price of 20.00p each, for a total value of £75,000.
Following the transaction, Bernstein's shareholding stands at 24.44m ordinary Insig AI shares, representing approximately 20.23% of the firm's total voting rights.
As of 1525 BST, Insig AI shares were down 3.85% at 25.00p.
