Director dealings: Insig AI CEO raises stake
(Sharecast News) - Insig AI revealed on Thursday that chief executive Richard Bernstein had acquired 100,000 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed technology company. Bernstein, who took over as CEO in May 2024, purchased the shares on Wednesday at an average price of 22.47p each, for a total value of £22,470.
Following the transaction, Bernstein holds a beneficial interest in 26.8m ordinary Insig AI shares, representing 21.45% of the company's issued share capital.
As of 1535 GMT, Insig AI shares were down 1.56% at 22.15p.
