Director dealings: Insig AI CEO raises stake

(Sharecast News) - Insig AI revaled on Friday that chief executive Richard Bernstein had acquired 125,000 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed data science and machine learning solutions company. Bernstein, who took over as CEO in May 2024, purchased the shares on Thursday at an average price of 28.50p each, for a total value of £35,625.

Following the transaction, Bernstein's shareholding stands at 24.06m ordinary Insig AI shares, representing 20.07% of the company's total voting rights.

As of 1600 BST, Insig AI shares were up 13.91% at 36.45p.
