Director dealings: Idox CEO makes share sale
(Sharecast News) - Idox revealed on Wednesday that chief executive David Meaden had disposed of 3.29m ordinary shares in the AIM-listed software and solutions firm. Meaden, who also excercised options over 1.83m Idox shares, sold the stock at an average price of 71.5p each, for a total value of £2.35m.
As of 1445 BST, Idox shares were down 0.25% at 71.42p.
